How The Last Human Skill ranks providers

The Last Human Skill ranks Swiss business providers using a transparent composite score based on objective, publicly verifiable data. No provider pays to improve their ranking. Scores update automatically when new data or reviews are added. The methodology is the same across all verticals.

Ranking criteria

Pass rate (30%)

Measures documented certification pass outcomes. Higher documented pass rates receive higher points because they indicate effective preparation quality.

User reviews (25%)

Uses approved review scores for quality, value, expertise, logistics, and overall recommendation. Reviews are manually moderated before publication.

Course depth (20%)

Measures breadth of active certification courses offered by each provider. More relevant programs increase score up to a capped threshold.

Trainer expertise (15%)

Evaluates visible trainer depth, including trainer count and published credentials. More verified trainer capability improves ranking strength.

Price competitiveness (10%)

Uses published entry prices to reward stronger value. Lower minimum prices score higher, while missing prices are treated neutrally.

What we don't measure

  • Marketing budget
  • Whether a provider pays us (they cannot)
  • Brand recognition or market share

Data sources

  • Provider websites (publicly available)
  • User-submitted reviews (manually moderated)
  • Certification body registries (PECB, ISACA, BSI)

Updating rankings

Rankings update automatically when a new review is approved, a provider updates course data, or new providers are added.
